ESTRATEGIA PARA LA SUPERACIÓN DEL PROFESIONAL DE LA EDUCACIÓN EN LA UNIVERSIDAD DE CIENCIAS PEDAGÓGICAS
STRATEGY FOR UPGRADING PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS IN PEDAGOGICAL SCIENCES UNIVERSITIES
Resumen
En el artículo se presenta el análisis de lo actual y perspectivo de la superación de los docentes de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas “Pepito Tey” de Las Tunas, y el impacto que la superación ha alcanzado como resultado de una estrategia flexible, concebida desde el diagnóstico individual y colectivo de los docentes en la provincia, para el perfeccionamiento continuo en el sistema de formación inicial y permanente. Los análisis actuales permiten un enfoque holístico por donde transite el docente en su preparación: el ciclo básico y el ciclo de desarrollo potencial, que a su vez se integran en los componentes de desarrollo planificado en el año escolar y responden a la concepción de las acciones que transitan por el trabajo metodológico de la investigación y de la superación.
ABSTRACT
There is an analysis in the article of present and perspective teacher development in the University of Pedagogical Sciences “Pepito Tey” in Las Tunas province, and the impact it has attained as a result of a flexible strategy, designed taking as a point of departure the individual and collective diagnosis of teachers in the referred province, for a continuous improvement in the system of initial and permanent formation. At present, the effectiveness and efficiency of all processes in which these professionals are immersed are renewed in an explicit way, and the policy to face the complex problems derived from the international arena is reoriented, as well as those which deserve a revision or an improvement for teacher´s development. Up-to-date analysis allows a holistic approach where professors go by during their preparation in both, the basic and the potential development cycles; which at the same time are integrated in the components of a planned development of the academic year and give an answer to the conception of the actions which undergo the methodological work of investigation and upgrading.
