The quality of university learning as the essence of the training process that favors a wide profile graduate

Abstract

The following article exposes the ideas related to the theoretical systematization for the search of regularities, from the interpretation of the educational practice of the Cuban universities. In this sense, emphasis is placed on the training of professionals with special attention to learning that should be derived from the social order of the training model. On this basis, in its evolution the psychopedagogical and didactic foundations that sustain the type of innovative university that recognizes the MES as a requirement for this century. Consequently, the scientific foundations for the determination of those theoretical and methodological elements that support the diagnosis of their quality and understanding are addressed. In addition, the concept addresses other reflections for the consideration of the project's researchers. To this end, the categories of quality and evaluation of the quality of education are explained. The above is achieved from the proposal of a methodology that follows a research approach with the incorporation of mixed methods. So, the logic in the treatment of information also starts from recognizing that theoretical systematization constitutes an approach that distinguishes it as educational research.
