Abstract

Despite the recognition of the importance of taking into account the relationships between the contents of vocational training and the exercise of the corresponding work, the links between them are still not sufficiently clear, and this leads to the commission of as frequent as lamentable errors, as much in the underlying theoretical conception as in the practice of the professional formation. The article addresses an edge of the problem that seems to be duly pointed out; However, the dissatisfaction of the employers' organizations regarding the quality of the preparation of the graduates they receive, the opinions of the professionals in initial training about how equipped they leave the university classrooms to identify and solve the problems inherent to the object of the The profession, as well as the empirical verification, provide elements that attest to the persistence of inconsistencies that make it advisable to emphatically draw attention to the need to rethink, from the scientific inquiry, the question that concerns us. Thus, it is intended to carry out an approach to one of the most outstanding pedagogical links, which refers to the understanding of the links between the pedagogical tasks, its essence, the possession of the corresponding professional competences and the curricular conception that conditions the courses of initial training in pedagogical careers. The revelation of the causes is deepened and a proposal is offered to confer tangibility to the assessment of the quality of the professional training.
