THEORETICAL CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT THE PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION AND THE SELECTION OF PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSION

Resumen

En el artículo se argumenta un sistema de orientación profesional hacia las carreras pedagógicas en las situaciones concretas de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas “Pepito Tey” de Las Tunas. Con él se pretende favorecer la transformación de la captación e ingreso a las carreras que se ofertan, cuidando que las plazas se cubran con los estudiantes que poseen las cualidades morales correspondientes al ejercicio de la profesión pedagógica en los marcos de la construcción del proyecto social socialista, cuya actualización requiere de la participación activa de todos y en particular de los maestros y profesores. Se definen y argumentan los indicadores para juzgar con pertinencia la calidad de la labor que se lleva a cabo en la orientación profesional y la formación vocacional, que abarca la información, la selección, la formación y la adaptación profesional. La principal contribución de la propuesta radica en la integración de las acciones, que antes se realizaban con una fragmentación que lastraba el logro de los resultados.

ABSTRACT

In this article is augmented a system of professional orientation towards pedagogical studies in the concrete situations of “Pepito Tey” University of Pedagogical Sciences from Las Tunas prvince, which pretention is to favor the transformation of selection and entrance to the different majors offered, taking care that every position of capacity is covered by the students that possess the moral qualities proper of the exercise of the pedagogical profession in the frame of construction of the socialist project, which requires the actualization and the active participation of all, and particular that of the teachers and professors, who have the responsibility to contribute efficiently to the integral formation of society to achieve the desired goals. It also defines an argues the indicators to judge pertinently the quality of the labor which is carried out in the professional orientation and vocational formation, that takes into account the information, the selection, the formation and the professional adaptation. The main contribution of the proposal lies in the integration of actions that were carried out times ago with a fragmentation that misled the obtention of good results
