CONSIDERACIONES TEÓRICAS SOBRE LA INDEPENDENCIA COGNOSCITIVA EN EL APRENDIZAJE DEL IDIOMA INGLÉS EN EL PREUNIVERSITARIO
THEORETICAL CONSIDERATIONS OF COGNITIVE INDEPENDENCE IN THE LEARNING PROCESS OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Resumen
En el presente artículo se realizan consideraciones teóricas que sustentan el desarrollo de la independencia cognoscitiva en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del idioma inglés. El trabajo contiene una valoración conceptual de la independencia cognoscitiva, que permite determinar sus características fundamentales en el contexto de la clase de Inglés. Se realiza un análisis sobre el trabajo independiente como componente dinamizador del proceso de desarrollo de la independencia cognoscitiva y se ofrecen sus características esenciales.
ABSTRACT
The development of cognitive independence of the students from Senior High school is very important if it is considered that this education precedes the university in which they have to combine work and study and the latter will be accomplished independently. This article deals with some theoretical considerations that support the development of cognitive independence in the teaching-learning process of English language. It also contains an evaluation of the most remarkable definition of the concept cognitive independence, which allows determine the features of it in the context of the English lesson. Here, there is an analysis of independent work as a method that fosters the process of cognitive independence development.
