Abstract

A proposal is presented that allows the systematization of key concepts for the evaluation of the impact of labor training in order to develop a high awareness of producers or service providers and love for work, as well as a scientific and creative attitude towards life, which can be inserted in the labor world with efficiency. The educator is responsible for contributing to the ideological development of children and young people, for ensuring that the student body plays a leading role in all activities so that they become capable of keeping pace with the new times and for paying special attention to the development of values, qualities, aptitudes and attitudes. In this endeavor, the development of labor training acquires a professional pedagogical approach and requires theoretical and methodological conceptions on the evaluation of labor training for adequate professional performance as aspects of research interest.
