Abstract

The result presented here shows an experience for the development of training for life as part of a current educational practice. From its analysis, it can be seen that work training has different manifestations and reflects a scope of interpretation of the object of research independently of the characteristics of the education and its purposes which, according to the results of studies carried out, are consequences of the different needs and interests of the education from the relations with the social and productive environment in order to achieve an educational teaching process in its work essence. The aim is to reveal those elements, as well as their relationships, that affect the actions of individuals, and that should be considered in the process of work training that aims to achieve transformations in their actions until they correspond to those demanded by society.
