Abstract

This article is part of the results of the national project directed by the Center of Studies for Labor Training of the University of Holguin, called: The evaluation of the impact of job training in the training of education professionals. It arises as a response to inadequacies in the ways to evaluate the impact of job training in the training of education professionals who limit their treatment from initial and postgraduate training; so it aims to determine indicators for the evaluation of this process. The indicators that are determined respond to the dimensions of the teaching-learning process, socio-professional contextualized work environment and scientific-technical and methodological preparation, those that directly intervene in the training of education professionals and, when integrated, contribute to its professional performance.
