The reality in which the professional process develops is multidimensional, since different pedagogical, political, economic, cognitive, psychological, and technological moments compete in and coexist, in which the subjects involved in this process participate. Hence, for its improvement, action plans with results that assume the variability of the circumstances are required, and in its planning the one who directs, and individually and collectively, everyone involved is involved. The attention to diversity, the flexibility to favor a continuous improvement and the integrity of the actions that are planned, require a broad real, effective, individual and collective participation in the different components that intervene in the proposed improvement process. The above makes it possible to propose traits that should be manifested in professional performance as an expression of the levels of motivation, originality, cognitive independence, flexibility and labor responsibility. All this in function of the search and application of methods, as well as the increase of investigations that allow to continue the argumentation and projection of the development of the different components and the effectiveness of the improvement of the professionals in their performance.
