EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH IN THE FORMATION OF TEACHERS-RESEARCHERS

En el presente trabajo se parte de las dificultades que presentan los docentes-investigadores en formación inicial, académica y doctoral, para determinar el tema de investigación. Se discuten ideas de especialistas en la temática sobre las principales categorías vinculadas a este proceso, a partir del análisis filosófico de las definiciones de dichas categorías. Se valoran ejemplos empleados en la solicitud de temas doctorales y tesis ya defendidas en ciencias pedagógicas; se ofrecen recomendaciones y procedimientos trabajados con estudiantes de cursos de preparación para iniciar procesos doctorales y de programas doctorales en la República de Cuba y la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.
ABSTRACT
This work comes from the main difficulties teachers-researcher in their initial, academic and doctoral training present when determining the research theme. Some specialist’s ideas about the thematic related to the main categories linked to this process are discussed, from the philosophical analysis about the definitions of these categories. Some examples when determining the doctoral theme and thesis in pedagogical sciences already defended are valued. Some recommendations and procedures used with students from training courses are offered, to start doctoral processes and doctoral programs in the Republic of Cuba and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
