Abstract

The research is the result of the systematization of the theoretical foundations that characterize the behavior of the force in the older adults, which served as support to the elaboration of the program of physical activities directed to improve the relative force in these adults in correspondence with their real possibilities. In addition, the design of the programme includes a number of theoretical and practical foundations that will serve as a reference for further research, depending on the context in which it is carried out.
