La educación jurídica en los adolescentes. Una propuesta teórica y metodológica para favorecerla en la Educación Secundaria Básica

Abstract

This article responds to the need to favor legal education in adolescents as an educational component for comprehensive training in Basic Secondary Education, from the process of citizenship training. It describes the development of a methodology for the solution of this problem in a ninth grade group of the Batalla Copo del Chato Urban Basic Secondary School, in the Jesús Menéndez municipality. Its critical evaluation, based on the experiential pedagogical experience and other methods and techniques, made it possible to determine the positive transformations, which are reflected in the behavior of adolescents in different educational contexts, expressed in the motivation for learning legal norms, the assimilation of the content and the use of this content in the solution of natural and social problems.
