PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT FOR IMPLEMENTING A METHODOLOGICAL PROPOSAL IN ORDER TO FOSTER THE JURIDICAL ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN STUDENTS FORM JUNIOR HIGH

Resumen

En el presente artículo se abordan los aspectos pedagógicos y psicológicos necesarios, según las consideraciones de los autores, que sirven de fundamentos para la implementación de una propuesta metodológica que fomente el desarrollo de la educación jurídica ambiental en los estudiantes de secundaria básica. El mismo posibilitará conocer y reflexionar qué categorías de la psicología y la pedagogía son necesarias profundizar para lograr el objetivo final: lograr que los estudiantes exhiban una educación jurídica ambiental que no solo implique tener conocimientos de lo legislado en materia ambiental, sino además, desarrollar hábitos, modificar conductas y formar valores.

ABSTRACT

The present work approaches the necessary pedagogic and psychological supports, according to the considerations of the authors that serve as foundations for the implementation of a methodological proposal to foster the development of the juridical environmental education in the students of the Junior High Education. The article eases knowing and to meditate on the necessary categories of psychology and pedagogy teachers need to deepen on to achieve the final objective that is: to achieve that the students not only exhibit a juridical environmental education that not only implies to know what is legislated on the matter, but also to develop habits, to modify behaviors and to form values.
