Indicators of evaluation of the impact of postgraduate academic management for the quality of university pedagogical training

The objective of the work is to identify the indicators that make the results and transformations that the university faculty has produced measurable, verifiable and evident from the implementation of the postgraduate academic management strategy to raise the quality of university pedagogical training following a logic of expository development from the main general categories of the management strategy to the specificities that allow to specify the management and impact. The evaluation indicators that are presented, as part of the evaluation and control of the impact of graduates in the academic management strategy of the postgraduate program of the pedagogical studies center of the Universidad de Oriente, are adjusted to the university context and, from the pedagogical training of the faculty allows strengthening the substantive processes of training, postgraduate and research and extension in our institution. Hence, they are in correspondence with the objectives and their criteria of measurement in direct relation with the plans of results of the teachers and the annual evaluation of their pedagogical performance. This will allow to control the impact of the graduates in their professional performance, as they demonstrate their self-training capacity by transforming themselves and transforming the context in which they impact.
