Abstract

One of the priorities of the Cuban educational system at present is to perfect the process of impact evaluation, because it is important to organize and project educational management in universities and schools. Also, for the improvements that it introduces in the quality of the professional of the education and in the integral results of the evaluation that affect in the process of the labor formation. In this sense, the studies carried out by the researchers from the Center for the Study of Labor Training point to the particularization of the essential features of the impact evaluation for Early Childhood Education. As well as establishing impact areas from the dynamics of the educational process of this education, with their respective indicators. These results correspond to the national project of the evaluation of the impact of labor training in the training of education professionals.
