THE FORMATION OF PHDS IN PEPITO TEY PEDAGOGICAL SCIENCES UNIVERSITY
Resumen
El artículo refiere las experiencias acumuladas en la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas Pepito Tey de Las Tunas en la formación de doctores en ciencias pedagógicas, siguiendo dos líneas básicas: un alto rigor en la preparación científica y la educación en valores de los aspirantes, a partir de la elaboración de una estrategia de formación de doctores que atiende ambas vertientes y un trabajo integral de la institución en función de alcanzar esas metas.
ABSTRACT
The article refers to the experiences accumulated in the University of Pedagogical Sciences “Pepito Tey” in Las Tunas related to PhDs formation, fallowing two basic lines: a rigorous training in the scientific preparation and the formation of values of all those who have the aspiration to become a graduate, departing from the elaboration of an strategy for doctor’s formation that pays attention to both aspects above mentioned and an integral work of the institution in favour of attaining those goals.
