The evaluation of the impact of labor training in Special Education

Cuban Higher Education is engaged in profound transformations that envisage the need to take on new challenges in the face of the demands of this century. Exploratory studies and the results obtained up to the current stage on the job training in Special Education in Holguin, Cuba, allow it to consider a study of impact assessment that includes professional training undergraduate and graduate students and their impact on educational institutions. In this sense, this article declares as an objective to define the evaluation of the impact of labor training for Special Education and identify the indicators that should be monitored. For its realization methods were used both theoretical and empirical level, in addition, the reflections made by the researchers, allow concluding that the scientific method is the way to design and evaluate the impact of job training in professionals, from the knowledge acquired by teachers to diagnose, offer treatment, solve problems and identify the potentials and shortcomings of the process being investigated.
