Behavior doctor professional, a theoretical approach

Abstract

A documentary research was carried out on the work of different authors on the mode of professional performance, with the aim of deepening the theoretical elements related to the mode of performance of the medical professional. The study allowed to know different theoretical edges in the treatment of the topic in a general way and in relation with the medical professional, fundamentally in the Cuban scenario. It is concluded that the mode of medical professional performance responds to the type of professional to be trained, in close connection with the system of educational objectives, the health problems that must be able to solve and the system of knowledge, skills, values and aptitudes to be developed to fulfill those objectives, regardless of the scenario in which their professional role is performed.
