The selection and sequencing of the special psychopedagogical content of professional development

Abstract

The objective of this article is: the elaboration of a methodology to select and sequence the special psychopedagogical content of the improvement for the secondary school teacher of the school of behavior disorders. In the implementation of the methodology involved specialists and research professors of Special Education, as social mediators of professional development to organize the selection and sequencing of such content. The novelty consists in conceiving the special psychopedagogical culture in the professional improvement of the secondary school teachers who work in schools of behavioral disorders, in order to achieve their special psychopedagogical professionalization to direct the educational, corrective-compensatory and stimulating process of adolescent development.
