Cooperation relations in Postgraduate Tutoring

Abstract

The article assesses the relations of mentoring in postgraduate training, and argues how they should be manifested, from the conception of cooperation and complement that gives a personological and bilateral sense to the process of mentoring, on the base of three components: scientific-professional, socio-cultural and ethical-legal. It is emphasized that the relationships of tutoring in postgraduate training are specified in a cognitive-affective climate of recognition and respect for the personality of the other, where the individual and collective responsibility of the tutoring binomial is integrated into the conception and fulfillment of specific goals that lead to the professional and human growth of those involved.
