Fidel Castro as communicator's paradigm in the initial formation of the student´s of pedagogy – psychology

Abstract

This article responds to the Interpersonal Competences research line of the Education Management Competencies Research Project, which takes place at the University of Las Tunas. From the problematic related to how to contribute to a competent communication in the initial training of the student of Pedagogy-Psychology is proposed as an objective: to reflect on the importance of the figure of Fidel Castro as a communicator paradigm for the student of Pedagogy-Psychology in initial formation. We used methods such as: synthesis analysis, deduction induction, logical history, documentary analysis. The result was the development of communication skills, which facilitate the development of this in a competent manner.
