Abstract

For the execution of political and ideological work, today there are strategies, programs, methodologies; however, there is no progress with the same speed in the realization of researches related to the evaluation of the real impact produced in the members of the university community with the implementation of dissimilar proposals in their generalization. The present work makes a proposal for the evaluation of the impact of educational and political-ideological actions on the performance of subjects of the referred community. It consists of a theoretical approach to the impact evaluation and to the political and ideological, which allows to operationalize the proposal.
