Reflections from work training for the educational work in the pedagogical process

Abstract

The experience shows how to develop the educational work in the pedagogical process of labor training at the educational levels based on cohesive actions among the university-school, the company, the family and the community in order to transform the modes of professional and citizen action in correspondence with the purpose of Cuban education to contribute to the enhancement of the role of work and workers in socialist society. The novelty of the result lies in the analysis of work training as an integrating concept that contributes to the internalization of knowledge and value orientations that are gradually reflected in feelings, ways of thinking and behaviors in accordance with the formation of personality qualities. The results presented are introduced at all educational levels, in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and in other national and territorial research. They have been presented in national and international events, doctoral theses, master's theses, and works of the Specialty in Management and Development of Labor Training have been defended. Their introduction and generalization at all educational levels has made possible the appropriation of the socio-historical culture from the work behaviour in the different situations of the socio-labour life.
