PSYCHOLOGICAL, PEDAGOGICAL AND GNOSEOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS
Resumen
En este artículo se hace un análisis de diversos criterios acerca de las habilidades, se abordan sus fundamentos gnoseológicos psicológicos y pedagógicos. Se conceptualiza la habilidad profesional pedagógica y se argumenta desde la teoría de la actividad, incluye el tratamiento a la invariante de habilidad en relación con el desempeño profesional del maestro.
ABSTRACT
The present work constitutes a result of a research; analysis of diverse criteria about skills is made in it. Its gnoseological, psychological and pedagogical fundaments are also taken into consideration. The pedagogical professional skill is contextualized and it is developed since the point of view of the theory of activity; it also includes how to work with the skill invariant in relation with the professional behavior of de teacher.
