EL TRABAJO CIENTÍFICO-METODOLÓGICO DESDE LA ESCUELA
THE SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL WORK FROM THE SCHOOL
Resumen
Una de las direcciones del trabajo metodológico declaradas por el Ministerio de Educación en Cuba, es la relacionada con lo científico. En el presente artículo se abordan algunas concepciones teóricas y metodológicas para fomentar el trabajo científico-metodológico desde las propias escuelas, sustentado en los agentes educativos y de dirección. Los resultados aquí expuestos han sido avalados por sesiones de trabajo metodológico con la Dirección Municipal de Educación y centros educacionales del territorio, lo que ha permitido una transformación positiva en los agentes con los que se instrumentó, al reconocer la pertinencia de esta forma del trabajo metodológico, con una práctica educativa que se acerca a la ciencia, aun cuando están latentes insuficiencias en la introducción de resultados de investigaciones científicas.
ABSTRACT
One of the ways for the methodological work declared by the Cuban Ministry of Education is the one related to the scientific work, that is to say, the attention to the teachers and by teachers to the educational institution, to the instrumentation of results out of investigations, that due to their importance are considered a need to be put into practice. The methodological work in teaching is prior in the educational institutions, in detriment of the scientific teaching and methodological work, denying its importance. In this direction, some insufficiencies that go from the ignorance of the ways in which it is organized to inappropriate use of rules and norms by the directives and technical personnel in charge were detected. In the present work some theoretical and methodological conceptions are revised to instrument the scientific teaching and methodological work from the schools taking into consideration the educational actors and directives. The results here exposed have been validated by methodological work sessions with the Municipal Administration Management of Education and some educational centers of the territory, which have allowed a positive transformation in these actors, recognizing the importance and relevance of this form of the methodological work, with an educational practice that approaches science even having insufficiencies in the introduction of scientific investigations results.
