The purpose of this article is to determine the impact of interpersonal relationships on the academic performance of the students of the Tourism career of the Espoch Sede-Orellana. For this, the causes of poor academic performance were identified. The aforementioned, responds to the defective interpersonal relationships, the polite environment, the inadequate way of greeting, between authorities, teachers and students of the Tourism Career. Hence, the following scientific methods were used: descriptive because it described the reality, of its impact on Interpersonal Relations, is documentary for the scientific-theoretical analysis of the problem; the methods were used, deductive-inductive, analytical-synthetic; It is a field investigation, because it is necessary to reach the Headquarters of the Tourism Career. On this basis, the analyzes, generalizations and conclusions generated during the investigation were performed. In this sense, it is proposed to incorporate a plan for the improvement of Interpersonal Relations, so that students access a fair system of qualifications, disseminate the regulations and the ethical code, establish study methods and techniques, through training courses.
