The purpose of this article is to show the results in the dynamics that address the problems related to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the context of scientific activity, through an exploratory study carried out with the scientific potential of the Faculty of Education Sciences. It offers information on the one hand on the involvement of technologies throughout the research process and the role of these in the transformation of the professional performance of researchers and managers, as well as the transformation of the educational reality and on the other, the dissatisfactions that from the objective and subjective point of view subsist.
