Abstract

El artículo trata el liderazgo como cualidad esencial del proceso de dirección, que se establece entre dirigentes y dirigidos en la actividad laboral, en la cual se producen y reproducen sistemáticamente las relaciones de subordinación y las relaciones de cooperación entre ellos. ABSTRACT

The leadership is an essential quality of the process of direction, seen this as form of existence of the direction that is distinguished by the exercise of the managerial functions, the relation among leaders and directed in the labour activity, in which are produced and reproduced systematically relations of subordination and cooperation among them.
