Professional orientation: a stimulation proposal

Abstract

The following article deals with the analysis of the elements related to the professional orientation of the students. In this sense, the research is theoretically and conceptually based on the professional orientation of the personality. Therefore, pay attention to the shortcomings that are manifested in the training process. It also takes into account the integration of the school, the family, the company and the community, as educational influences. Consequently, the variety of educational influences generates that the harmonization of them, is of vital priority and functionality for the development of professional guidance.

On this basis, professional guidance as a process that contributes to the conscious and responsible choice represents a complex challenge that university education must assume at the present time. Hence, the efficient preparation of students is a challenge for current education. The previous thing, becomes a problem of relevance for the Pedagogy that must be solved through its theoretical, methodological foundation and its application in the socioeducational reality.
