Abstract

The situation in which society lives demands that adolescents and young people live fully in correspondence with their time, so it is necessary to combine the biological, psychological and social in terms of harmonious development, hence the need for a comprehensive education that presupposes the formation of attitudes of acceptance of diversity, non-stigmatization, rejection of exclusion and identification and acceptance as a sexual and sexed being, as necessary elements for a full, enriching, responsible and healthy sexuality. In this work, educational actions are offered that, from the gnostic, affective-motivational and professional execution, contributed to the change of attitudes in adolescents and young people with respect to the recognition of sexuality as a human right, the relationship and acceptance of their own bodies, improvement of self-esteem, as well as the empowerment of the construction of sexual roles from a dialectic of values that privilege equity, respect for diversity and the choice of a partner based on love. The actions were based on collective opinion workshops and debate and confrontation as spaces for reflection and socialization, with the participation of health promoters, teachers in training and the rest of the educational community.
