Leadership for the inclusion in Academic Leveling Programs, belonging to the Propaedeutic Program of the State Universities of Chile

The objective of the research is to describe the competences related to the exercise of managerial leadership that develop the inclusion in the leveling and academic tutoring programs, belonging to the Propedutic Program of the State Universities of Chile. The manuscript is framed within the quantitative paradigm and the scope of the research is descriptive. We worked with a sample of 32 executives and 471 students from different universities within the Chilean territory. As part of the research project, various instruments are intended to be applied to measure the competencies in the exercise of inclusive leadership of the directors of the propedical programs, such as: a Likert-type escalation, data analysis and correlation between continuous variables and linear regression. simple, to demonstrate the competencies that these leaders have in order to enhance the development of inclusion. The main competences determined were: management, human and technical.
