The following article aims at the integral formation of the new generations. It occupies an important place in the agenda of common interests of many researchers among which are sociologists, psychologists and pedagogues. This promotes reflections on the university processes and the need for the university to reinforce the students' educational work towards learning to learn. In this regard, among the many tasks that education faces, from a holistic perspective of learning to do, the university with all those involved assumes the challenge of the integral formation of professionals in the context of the progress made by men in the workplace. field of science and technology, in line with the new and constant challenges that development requires. All this, in a way that helps the students to assume a responsible attitude in the solution of the problems that they must face, in as much, the achievement of the personal and social success to a great extent depends on the professional performance for the successful solution of the diverse and complex activities that currently the human being undertakes, that is, skills that endure for and for life.
