Abstract

The work deals with the environmental dimension from the work of Marti, an interdisciplinary analysis is taken into account to enhance university education from the knowledge system contemplated in the higher education curriculum to contribute to a comprehensive training in students that includes the Environmental problems using the ideas of the teacher and their validity in the current context, different ideas of José Martí are analyzed that are interesting for students to value their importance today. Our social task is to keep the ideas of the teacher alive demonstrating its impact especially in times of environmental crisis on a global scale, therefore, there is an urgent need to form an environmental culture in students as a link to an integrated culture.
