Abstract

Supportive Psychotherapy (PA) is a type of medical and psychological treatment that is so universally adjustable - both for protecting the spectrum of suffering and the established psychopathological disorders, as for being applicable to any human community - that there is no medical literature on the subject who dares not to mention its importance, necessity, and practical - medical utility. The model proposal in the article, addresses the person with mental health disorder whose medical attention could be solved in the implication of training for a pedagogy in supportive psychotherapy of the General Comprehensive Physician that connotes the psychosocial environment where it develops, the ideals and the ethical aspects from the society, the experiences and the economic aspects that are all concatenated in the goals of the Culture.
