Pedagogical strategy for the formation of the local musical identity of the Art Instructor, speciality Music

The article aims at describing the pedagogical strategy designed from the experiential teaching, for the formation of the local musical identity in the Art of Music Instructors, at the University of Las Tunas. For this purpose, a theoretical analysis of the conception of the pedagogical strategy, its characteristics in this proposal and its importance is made. The results obtained are based on the socializing agents. Some workshops are shown that exemplify the essence of the proposal.
