The formation of values in the future Industrial Engineer

Abstract

The article is about the problems of the values’ formation ​​as a topic of current relevance as in everyday life. Starting from the study of the most important current theoretical contributions to the problem, the use of theoretical, empirical methods, the use of surveys and statistical procedures as well as the author's professional experience, a theoretical and methodological approach is carried out aimed at contributing to perfecting the teaching-educational process in one of its most important directions: that of the ethical training of the new generations. The problem of values, the formation of values ​​and value education has become a recurring theme of maximum urgency in the various education systems and conferences of educators from different latitudes. A systematization of practice is presented as the foundation of social life, of culture, of knowledge and, therefore, of theory. In turn, the theoretical forms can only be considered true if they are proven in practice. The theory of values ​​is the result of social practice; but it is tried to transform that complex life from solutions that are developed theoretically and they are enriched in praxis.
