Training of the professional: competence for your development

Abstract

The training of qualified workforce is a task of the whole society and in which agencies and other social agents also participate. However, the transformations that have taken place at the political, economic and social levels provoke changes in educational policies. Undoubtedly, these changes impose on teaching institutions, the challenge of training professionals to be able to assimilate actively and creatively the contents of culture and in particular, to appropriate those ways of thinking, feeling, doing and acting that guarantee them an appropriate guidance in different professional contexts. To achieve this important commitment requires an integrating vision by teachers and students, which is translated into concrete actions aimed at achieving the transformations of these from the demands demanded by contemporary society today. All this with the purpose of guaranteeing the transition from the role of the teacher to the protagonism of the student, from discourse to action, from uniformity to personal differentiation in the dynamics of the process and its transformations. In this sense, this article exposes an experience related to the way to achieve professional training from the development of professional skills from the projection of the dynamics of the training process.
