Some considerations on mediation and arbitration

Abstract

A descriptive investigation of a bibliographic review type was carried out with the objective of showing some considerations about mediation and arbitration. On this basis, the methodological strategy was systematized through general research methods such as the historical-logical, the hermeneutic, the documentary analysis and the synthetic-analytic. In addition, the use of content analysis technique. In this sense, a theoretical systematization related to the subject was carried out. The foregoing allowed to deepen in some aspects related to the subject such as: the alternative methods of resolution of conflicts and national and international controversies endorsed by the Constitution of the Republic and the legislative system that regulates the process and execution.
