Abstract

The article deals with the results of the research carried out on the organizational culture in the Faculty of Social and Humanistic Sciences of the University of Las Tunas with the objective of strengthening it to favor its functionality and adapt it to the demands of the university of the XXI century. In order to carry out the study, methodological complementarity was used, combining qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques. The strengths and barriers that influence its performance were determined and it was concluded that it is feasible to improve it and achieve greater effectiveness with the application of an intervention plan that enhances the levels and dimensions of culture.
