Suggestions for the methodological work of Environmental Education in the Marxism-Leninism discipline
Keywords:
Environmental education, methodological approach, sustainable development.Abstract
The environment has changed rapidly in recent years and one of its main causes is the interaction of man with nature. Environmental problems are valued as a global reality and it is a great opportunity to get involved in their solution, through an active and participative education, with valuable, useful and innovative proposals. Higher Education must provide a necessary vision to understand and interpret the nature-society interaction from the methodological approach, specifically in this work we will approach it from the discipline of Marxism-Leninism. This requires developing in the minds of university students a new way of seeing the environment, by educating conceptually and attitudinally, to contribute to the development of a positive environmental attitude, through the solution of environmental problems at local level, taking into account the role played by curricular strategies, the links with other disciplines and between their subjects. The work presents suggestions for the methodological work of Environmental Education in the Discipline of Marxism to contribute to the formation of highly competent and trained professionals to face the challenges they must face in their working life.
