Abstract

The classics of Marxism and contemporary Marxist-Leninist philosophers stress the existence of a necessary and mutually beneficial interaction between the materialist dialectic and the methods of particular science. Such positions emphasize the importance of Marxist philosophy for the understanding of facts, processes and phenomena. The study reflects the contributions of several national authors who propose activities and methods aimed at improving the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process of Philosophy, but which do not contemplate the analysis of the rhetoric of the texts linked to the oratory of the historical Leader of the Cuban Revolution, in each of the teaching levels. The exposition of the referred limitation is accompanied by a bibliographic review that proves the connotation attributed: the method of analysis of rhetoric in texts or speeches is internationally used. The search criterion used was the review of sources that, at the same time, were interconnected by the concepts dealt with. Its objective is to carry out a reasoning that evidences, through references and the inductive method, the pertinence of designing activities that propitiate, from the rhetorical analysis of the Cuban leader's oratory, the teaching of disciplines such as Philosophy. It is defended the idea that using the potentialities of the rhetorical analysis of Fidel Castro's speeches raises the quality of the teaching-learning process of this specialty. It is proposed to carry out research aimed at the design of activities aimed at using the potentialities of the analysis of Fidel Castro's speeches.
