Presentación de un caso. Herida por arma blanca en cayado aórtico
Resumen
El trauma de tórax es una entidad frecuente en el mundo y en nuestra provincia. Provocan lesiones a nivel de la pared de la caja torácica y en órganos dentro de la cavidad propiamente dicha, originando graves alteraciones en la fisiología del tórax y ponen en peligro la vida del paciente. La lesión de aorta torácica es infrecuente y prácticamente mortal. Esta dentro de la lesiones exsanguinante que no permite conducta alguna en varios lugares del mundo. Se presenta el caso de un paciente masculino, CPH, de 42 años de edad, con lesión provocada por un arma blanca en región posterior del hemitórax izquierdo tratado en el servicio de Cirugía General del Hospital General Docente “Dr. Ernesto Guevara de la Serna” el cual fue transportado por el SIUM, presentando herida en región posterior izquierda del tórax, supra escapular, de 3 cm, con lesión visceral y compromiso importante de las funciones respiratorias y circulatorias.
