The teaching-learning process in the discipline Criminal Law and Criminology: curricular improvement in Cuba

The present article contains curricular evaluations about the teaching-learning process in the Criminal Law and Criminology Discipline of Law, with the aim of providing scientific tools for its improvement. The authors make a comparative analysis between the European and Latin American educational contexts, to conclude that the disciplinary nature of the Cuban university curriculum constitutes a strength. Likewise, didactic conceptions are presented about the relationships between the personal components that participate in the teaching-learning process in the Criminal Law and Criminology Discipline, concrete in the teaching task as the basic cell of said process.
