Proposal of a system of registers for the evaluation of projects of local development

Abstract

In recent years, the proposal for the realization of local development projects of an economic nature has been raised, which are governed by the municipal governments and which, in turn, contribute a percentage of their profits with the objective of being used for the financing of others. projects and works of social benefit. Therefore, it is necessary that these projects have a correct planning, have feasibility studies as reliable as possible, that project the income and expenses to be obtained in an accurate manner and that therefore achieve an efficient and effective operation that allows them to obtain profits and make their contributions to the municipal governments. The objective of this article is to propose a system of indicators to evaluate local development projects, which will allow, through the measurement of indicators, to evaluate the performance of the project and to identify the insufficiencies existing in it and from the results obtained to elaborate a plan of actions of improvement.
