Development strategy for the Raw Materials Recovery Company, Las Tunas

The strategy presented in its design addresses the basic elements: mission, vision, values, objectives, implementation process, communication mechanisms, strategic direction, monitoring and evaluation of results, which distinguish the moments through which it will be implemented until 2030 in the reality of the Raw Materials Recovery Enterprise, Las Tunas, which has extended its actions to the Recovery and Sales Base Business Units (UEBRV) in the eight municipalities. All this, based on the diagnosis of production needs to guarantee the recovery, processing and commercialization of all recoverable products, which allow satisfying the demands and expectations of customers in terms of quality, speed and competitiveness. In this sense, adequate attention and participation is offered to suppliers, then proactive actions by management are combined, with the purpose of improving the company's position in the market, overall performance and reactions to unexpected developments and new market conditions, as well as the problems to whose solutions commitments were established. It includes assessments of the impact that the implementation of the strategy had on the associated UEBRVs and describes how the Socialist State Enterprise is strengthened with the recovery, processing and commercialization of recyclable waste, manufacture of new products, retail trade, e-commerce and the search for a procedure for the management of urban solid waste to consolidate the culture of recycling in the society of Tunisia.
