Administrative processes that ensure the success of sport as a business

Sport is an activity that can also be developed from a business perspective. The administrative processes that guarantee the success of sport as a business are based on the postulates of international scientific management. The purpose of this article is to evaluate these administrative processes. For this purpose, an exploratory descriptive study was carried out in the Mexican context, with forty athletes, forty businessmen and forty sport managers, to whom various techniques were applied. Its results are favorable, fundamentally because it incorporates a systemic, procedural and transdisciplinary vision based on the selection of content nuclei that constitute axial nodes in the disciplinary field of physical culture in general and market research in particular.
