Abstract

Sexist stereotypes in the workplace have a negative influence on boys and girls, which prevent them from developing their full human potential. This article addresses this problem and offers work activities from a gender perspective, starting from considering equal opportunities and possibilities for the performance of different tasks without gender discrimination. It is based on the diversity of career contents and the totalizing nature of their professional performance in the work and social context. For its elaboration the methods of analysis, synthesis, modeling and review of documents were used. The proposed activities lead to reflection on one's own life, myths, prejudices and taboos rooted in the performance of professions or trades and allow the full development of students and students in different work activities, regardless of gender.
