The formation of young people from the potentialities of culture and cultural identity

Abstract

The use of the anthropological perspective in the educational field allows us to understand the links that are established between culture and cultural identity, based on the training of young people to improve their integration into society. That is why it is relevant to use this lens to improve the training actions that are undertaken today. The present article is the result of the theoretical systematization of the researchers of the Center of Studies for the labor formation of the University of Holguín. In this research methods were applied at the theoretical and empirical level, among which the surveys and interviews with managers, teachers and family members in Holguin territory stand out. An analysis of the specialized literature related to the subject is carried out, which allows us to conclude that in the 21st century, the formation of young people outside the cultural sphere should not be conceived, considering the influence of the training contexts, as well as the agents and socializing agencies. Emphasis is placed on the conceptions that serve as the socio-cultural foundation of the formation, as well as the importance of integrating the role of the school, the family and the community in the formation of young people.
