School projects: alternative to develop labor training

Abstract

The objective of this article is to present a proposal on how school projects are an alternative to develop job training at all educational levels. This is based on the fact that forming citizens with a high awareness of work and a scientific and creative attitude towards life, who can be inserted into the working world with efficiency, guarantees the integral formation of the personality in correspondence with the educational level in which is found, from promoting the development of knowledge, manual and intellectual skills, qualities and values ​​in his personality, which contribute to adequate personal growth. It offers a theoretical approach to school projects, as well as its direct relationship with job training.
