Abstract

This work is the result of the project Sexuality and gender: good educational practices for a responsible and happy life. Adolescents have the right to a healthy lifestyle, expressed in a responsible sexuality and correct prevention habits that allow sexual and reproductive health. In this sense, adolescent pregnancy is one of the current problems of society, so its prevention is a challenge for intersectoral work between health and education professionals. The objective of this study was to develop participatory techniques for educational guidance aimed at preventing adolescent pregnancy. Theoretical level methods were used: theoretical systematization and modeling, empirical level observation and documentary analysis. As a result, we obtained the proposal of participatory techniques of educational guidance for the development of knowledge on the prevention of teenage pregnancy, the skills to manage information from reliable and scientific sources, as well as the development of values such as responsibility and self-care of sexuality.
